SUMMARY:Bids close: The contract object is the provision of the comprehensive service for the management\, programming and execution of cinema sessions and other high-definition audiovisual projections (2K) at the Municipal Auditorium\, including: – Proposal of cinematographic titles\, ensuring diversity\, up-to-dateness and suitability for different audiences. – Management of projection rights and licences\, including contracting with distributors and processing all necessary authorisations. – Organisation\, coordination and promotion of screenings\, guaranteeing proper scheduling\, communication and audience service. – Technical management of digital projections 2K\, ensuring image and sound quality\, as well as calendar management and correct equipment operation. The purpose is to regulate\, establish\, define and specify the scope and conditions for the proper provision of the cinema programming and management service and of high-definition audiovisual projections organised by the Municipality or with its support.
