SUMMARY:Bids close: The intervention area comprises a plot of 6.995\,22 m² located in Sant Jordi de Cercs\, adjacent to the municipal sports zone and the football pitch. Currently\, the plot contains a tennis court\, a padel court and a technical services area with underground gas tanks. The remainder of the surface is used primarily as a parking area for vehicles associated with the football pitch. The existing pavement is predominantly sand-based\, and vegetation is limited to four mulberry trees beside the tennis court. This configuration results in a lack of vegetation and shaded areas\, as well as the need to improve accessibility\, organise circulation routes and reconcile sports\, parking and leisure uses. The overall project foresees the comprehensive transformation of the area into a climate shelter through the following interventions: – Urban development and accessibility: adaptation of the plot and associated road spaces\, improvement of pavements\, reorganisation of access points and creation of accessible itineraries connecting the different zones of the space. – Renaturalisation and green areas: planting of trees\, shrubs and herbaceous vegetation. – Pavement improvement: laying of permeable pavements and measures to increase soil permeability. – Improvement of sports facilities: construction of a pump-track circuit and a calisthenics area\, while retaining the existing tennis and padel courts. – Parking organisation and sustainable mobility. – Public lighting and urban furniture installations.
