SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of the contract is the provision of the technical services necessary for the drafting of the basic project and the executive project for the rehabilitation and transformation works of the former municipal residence located at Monjo street\, no. 35\, to be used as assisted housing for the elderly\, including the study and definition of the building extension that is necessary and viable. The project must define the works in a complete\, coordinated and sufficient manner\, justify compliance with the applicable regulations and allow for their supervision\, administrative approval and subsequent public tender. The reference program provides for 12 assisted housing units. This capacity must be contrasted with the functional program of Social Services\, the applicable sectoral regulations\, the conditions of the existing building and the requirements for accessibility\, evacuation\, health and habitability. The site management\, execution management\, health and safety coordination during the works\, subsequent legalizations and assistance in the execution phase d are excluded from the contractual object.
