SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of this contract is to have a contractor with sufficient means\, personnel\, experience\, and technical capacity to carry out\, at the request of the Consorci d’Aigües de Tarragona (hereinafter CAT)\, the service of diagnosis and extraordinary repair of the electric motors included within the scope of the contract\, mainly medium-voltage motors at 6 kV associated with the pumping stations and production and distribution facilities of the CAT. The actions subject to the contract will include\, depending on the needs of each intervention\, the diagnosis of the fault\, collection and transport of the motors\, inspection and disassembly\, electrical and mechanical tests\, repair\, recovery\, machining or replacement of the affected components\, work on windings\, balancing\, assembly\, final verifications and tests\, functional tests\, supply of the necessary spare parts and materials\, return of the repaired equipment and\, when required\, assembly\, verification or commissioning actions at the CAT facilities\, as well as the preparation of the corresponding technical documentation. The service is configured entirely on an on-demand work basis\, without any fixed part or guaranteed minimum volume of work. The actions will be executed exclusively when requested by the CAT and in accordance with the scope previously approved for each intervention. The contract is proposed in a single lot\, given the functional unity existing between the diagnosis\, repair\, verification\, and guarantee actions of the electric motors\, as well as the convenience of having a single technical manager for each intervention.
