SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of this contract is the provision of maintenance services for the thermal air conditioning (heating and cooling)\, ventilation and domestic hot water (DHW) systems of the municipal buildings and dependencies of the City Council of Olot\, with the aim of guaranteeing their correct operation and optimizing the state of conservation and service of each of the elements that make up the systems. At the same time\, ensure compliance with current regulations on thermal installations and their associated elements. In order to be able to assess in detail all possible expenses\, deployment costs\, service implementation\, technical requirements\, additional equipment to be installed\, improvements\, adaptations\, programming\, reconfigurations and additional services\, bidding companies may visit the centers to check their status. This visit is not mandatory to participate in the tender. The visit procedure is regulated in the Technical Specifications Document.
