SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of the contract is the adaptation of a sector of the building housing the Municipal Employment Service\, located at Narcís Xifra i Masmitjà street no. 43 17005 in Girona. The object is suitable because the intervention focuses on the adaptation of the space connecting the two buildings\, where the main access entrance and the reception are located\, resolves the detected needs and provides the centre with adequate functionality for the development of its functions and activities. Likewise\, this intervention will allow for better conservation of the building and the parts that compose it\, extending its life cycle. The service\, specifically\, consists of: - the renovation and adaptation of interior carpentry elements. - provision of custom-made fixed furniture. - paving of the entrance and part of the corridors that converge there - adaptation of the roof for the improvement of energy efficiency - lighting\, electricity and computer network installations.
