SUMMARY:Bids close: In line with its commitment to transparency\, the Castelldefels City Council aims to inform citizens about all activities it carries out\, as well as to disseminate all initiatives promoted by the city’s associative fabric. To achieve this objective—reaching the entire population without exclusions—a monthly magazine is published and mailed to all households in the city. However\, the City Council does not have its own resources to manage these services\, not only human resources with specific pre-press and editorial tasks\, but also appropriate equipment and machinery. Likewise\, for the distribution of the magazine\, it lacks sufficient in-house means to carry it out.
