SUMMARY:Bids close: This project aims to replace the existing roof and improve the energy performance of the building through interventions on the thermal envelope. The intervention includes the removal of the fiber cement roof and its replacement with a sandwich panel system with better insulation performance\, as well as the execution of an external thermal insulation system (ETICS) on the perimeter walls. Likewise\, the renovation of the openings is planned through the incorporation of joinery with thermal bridge breakage and low-emissivity glass\, improving airtightness and reducing energy losses. The proposed actions will allow for a reduction in the building's energy demand\, an increase in interior thermal stability and an improvement in user comfort\, reinforcing the sustainable and efficient character of the municipal facility.
