SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of this services contract is round-the-clock aquatic surveillance\, prevention\, rescue and first aid at Sabadell’s municipal swimming pools. The contract’s scope of operation includes the following facilities: – Olímpia Municipal Sports Complex\; – Can Marcet Municipal Swimming Pool\; – Parc del Nord (Ca n’Oriac) Municipal Swimming Pool\; – Sabadell Sud Municipal Sports Complex (Campoamor)\; – La Bassa. The purpose of the contract is to guarantee the safety\, physical integrity and protection of users of the municipal swimming pools through the provision of a specialised\, preventive and continuous service of aquatic surveillance\, prevention\, rescue and first aid. This service shall actively contribute to risk and accident prevention\, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and enabling immediate response to any incident or emergency that may occur. To this end\, the successful tenderer shall provide the necessary material and human resources for the performance of the contract\, deploying duly qualified personnel to carry out surveillance\, prevention\, rescue\, first aid\, lifeguarding and nursing functions\, as well as the technical and organisational resources required to ensure proper service delivery. A detailed description of the service\, together with all other requirements governing its execution\, is set out in the Specific Technical Specifications Document. It is noted\, however\, that the service shall include: – Sufficient personnel assigned to all facilities for the entire duration of the service\; – A local service coordinator available for 24 hours\; – Valid and up-to-date qualifications in aquatic rescue\, SVB Technician and AED use for all personnel assigned to the service\; in addition\, such personnel must be registered in the Official Register of Sports Professionals of Catalonia (ROPEC)\, as well as hold nursing qualifications\; – Immediate replacement of personnel assigned to a facility\, if required\; – Civil liability insurance.
