SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of the contract consists of the supply of paper confetti necessary for the celebration of the Cós Blanc of Salou\, corresponding to the edition 2027\, promoted by the Department of Culture and Festivals within the framework of the Winter Festival events\, in accordance with the technical specifications and execution conditions established in the Technical Specifications Document (PPT) that governs the contract. The scope of the supply includes the procurement\, packaging\, labeling\, transport\, delivery and unloading at the municipal warehouse of: • 2.500 bags of paper confetti of 10 kg each\; • with a total of 25.000 kg of paper confetti for the edition 2027\; all this with the characteristics\, conditions and technical requirements provided for in the PPT. The supply must guarantee that the delivered product meets the required technical characteristics and is suitable for its use in the Cós Blanc\, as well as the conditions related to the protection of the health of the participants\, subsequent street cleaning and compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
