SUMMARY:Bids close: The subject of this contract is the provision of specialised street social education services focused on harm reduction related to drug use\, delivered by a team of social educators carrying out socio-educational activities in open settings in the La Mina neighbourhood and\, on an ad hoc basis\, in other municipal areas identified as drug consumption zones. The service shall comprise: • Establishing contact and building relationships with people who use drugs and are in situations of vulnerability. • Promoting lower-risk behaviours associated with drug use. • Encouraging use of the Harm Reduction Room and other health and social resources. • Identifying social or health risk situations and making appropriate referrals. • Conducting educational interventions in public spaces aimed at reducing individual and collective risks. • Contributing to the reduction of drug consumption in public spaces and of discarded drug paraphernalia. • Intervening in prevention and mediation regarding situations affecting civic coexistence. • Coordinating with municipal services and community resources involved in supporting people who use drugs. • Street syringe collection.
