SUMMARY:Bids close: 1.1.—This contract concerns advisory services\, technical assistance\, and the supply under lease\, together with installation\, of various sound and/or lighting equipment for the different cultural\, festive\, social and civic events organised by the Agramunt Town Council\, and generally also for events organised by entities and associations in the municipality co-organised with the Town Council. 1.2.—Through the proposed contract\, the Town Council seeks to comply with Law 9/2017\, of 8 November\, on Public Sector Contracts\, which transposed into Spanish law the European Parliament and Council Directives 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU of 26 February 2014\, with the aim of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided. The object of the contract is the provision\, by a specialised company\, of technical assistance services (lighting\, audiovisual\, machinery\, and loading and unloading) to the Town Council\, including tasks carried out at its facilities and those carried out in connection with the Town Council’s most important events\, such as the Festa Major\, New Year and Carnival\, as well as those held\, within the Town Council’s official programming\, in other spaces—indoor and/or outdoor—deemed appropriate for technical requirements.
