SUMMARY:Bids close: The contract concerns the implementation and maintenance\, under SaaS model\, of the human resources management and attendance control system of the Canet de Mar Town Council. It shall include: 1) Data migration service from the previous system. 2) Acquisition and installation of attendance control devices. 3) Implementation of the new system: configuration\, training\, and support during go-live. 4) Maintenance and updates of the SaaS. 5) User support after system deployment. It shall cover: comprehensive human resources management\, payroll processing\, staff management and job position register\, recruitment\, implementation of the employee portal with time tracking and leave permissions\, and licences for municipal staff at the Canet de Mar Town Council. The contractual arrangement shall be a software usage right\, i.e.\, a supply under a rental or pay-per-use model\, sized according to the number of users required to manage the platform (3 persons) and the volume of municipal employees (approximately 220 employees). For attendance control\, devices must be installed at 5 locations\, which host the majority of the workforce. There are 14 additional locations\, each hosting between 1 and 10 employees. Human Resources users will access the application via a web interface to interact with the service. Further details and all other requirements are described in the Specific Technical Specifications.
