SUMMARY:Bids close: It is an isolated building\, consisting of a ground floor\, first floor\, attic and small chimney. On the Entecada street facade there is an access to the ground floor (Town Hall area) and another on the rear facade that accesses the upper floors via a staircase. This building is renovated\, as an intervention was carried out on the attic floor and small chimney. In this intervention\, in order to maintain the style of the building typical of the area\, the facades were maintained and all the floor slabs were redone. The objective is the partial renovation of the vertical communication core for the installation of an elevator for a public building. The installation of the elevator in the planned location will not involve any modification to the useful surface area of the existing building\, as it is carried out from the outside. Access to the elevator will be from the access lobby of the west facade on the ground floor.
