SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of this contract is the provision of the Legal Advice and Legal Guidance Service for the four areas of Social Services (First Reception Service\, Childhood and Families Area\, Social Promotion Area and PAAD Area). Among the professional profiles that make up the different teams\, there is no figure specialized in legal advice\, which is why occasional external legal advice is required\, which allows for a better approach to the cases that are being followed up from the different areas. The object of the contract is to satisfy the different demands for legal and/or judicial advice from the professionals of the Social Services of Sant Adrià in relation to the cases they attend (people with mental health difficulties\, disabilities\, women victims of gender violence\, families with parents in conflictive separation processes where the management of the custody of minors can be problematic\,...) and the actions that derive from these user profiles (preparation of technical reports\, judicial summons as witnesses/experts in relation to the cases that are being followed up\, advice in relation to custody procedures for users...).
