SUMMARY:Bids close: The legal services of the Garrotxa County Council are formed by the acting secretary and two special administration technicians of Legal Services. However\, they do not have staff with urban planning legal knowledge. The urban planning and building area has stated the need to contract a specialized legal advisory service in urban planning matters\, which includes advice and support to the technicians of the Garrotxa County Council in relation to the urban planning assistance actions and files that they develop for the municipalities of the region. The object of the contract is\, therefore\, the specialized legal advisory service in urban planning matters. This advice will include\, among other tasks that will be detailed below\, the issuance of legal reports and opinions\, support in the interpretation and application of urban planning regulations and in the processing of urban planning files\, as well as technical and legal assistance in those matters that\, due to their complexity or special sensitivity\, require specialized advice.
