SUMMARY:Bids close: The legal nature of the contract is that of a service concession contract\, in accordance with articles 15 and 284 et seq. of the LCSP\, given that its object consists of the management and operation of a municipal public catering service whose ownership corresponds to the City Council and in which the concessionaire's remuneration derives mainly from the right to operate the service\, with the latter assuming the operational risk under the terms provided for in the LCSP. As it is a public service\, its legal regime is previously established\, in accordance with article 284.2 LCSP.
