SUMMARY:Bids close: The object of the contract is the execution of the works necessary for the implementation of a direct expansion VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) air conditioning system at the Critical Infrastructure Control Center of the Community of Madrid\, hereinafter CCIC\, located on the first floor of the headquarters building of the Ministry of Digitalization at C/ Embajadores 181 in Madrid\, acting as a reinforcement and support system for the existing general air conditioning system. The action is part of a strategy to improve the reliability\, resilience and operational capacity of the existing air conditioning system\, currently based on centralized production using chillers and a gas boiler. The new VRV system is conceived as a complementary support and backup system\, capable of assuming the thermal load totally or partially depending on the operating conditions\, with special attention to critical areas of continuous operation.
