SUMMARY:Bids close: The works will be carried out on an existing building and will not alter its architectural configuration\, nor change its characteristic uses\, nor take place in a listed or protected building. PROCORNELLÀ shall assume the fee and deposit for the demolition licence. THE CONTRACTOR shall assume all other fees\, authorisations\, taxes\, administrative and technical documentation required to carry out the subject of the contract. This includes all items provided for in the Project\, among which is the DAR\, referred to in Article 11 of Decree 89/2010 of the Government of Catalonia. PROCORNELLÀ shall pay only for works executed\, based on duly certified work certificates. The successful tenderer shall bear the costs of waste management\, preparation of the Health and Safety Plan\, and implementation of health and safety measures\, in accordance with the instructions of the Health and Safety Coordinator.
