SUMMARY:Bids close: The Cercs City Council owns the Cine-Teatre building in Sant Corneli\, located at Carrer de l'Economat\, s/n\, in the town of Sant Corneli\, in the municipality of Cercs. The Cine-teatre of the Sant Corneli mining colony is an emblematic building for the mining community. Initially built as a theatre and later used as a cinema\, it was where most of the community's leisure activities were concentrated. Currently\, the building is listed as a Local Cultural Heritage Asset (BCIL)\, BCIL no. 964-I\, of 13/04/2005. The improvement of the building consists of solving accessibility problems in the access ramps and stairs and the toilets\, fire safety and evacuation\, energy efficiency with the improvement of the existing air conditioning and lighting\, the replacement of the hall flooring\, the solution to humidity problems in the north wall\, acoustic improvement and the new functionality of the mezzanine to create a room for use by residents. The main actions planned in the project are as follows:  Load test of the roof and the mezzanine floor.  Fire protection actions.  Replacement of the main hall flooring.  Adaptation of the ramp and the adapted bathroom to improve accessibility.  Renovation of lighting and electrical installations and installation of a lightning protection system.  Actions to improve healthiness\, with wall waterproofing and ventilation improvement.  Improvement of the acoustics of the main hall.  Adaptation of the mezzanine space for new uses.
