SUMMARY:Bids close: The project concerns the restoration and consolidation of the façades and roofs of this building\, listed as a Local Cultural Heritage Asset (BCIL)\, with the aim of ensuring its preservation\, safeguarding its architectural and heritage values\, and preventing the progressive deterioration of its structural elements. The Mercantil Building is a prominent element of the municipality’s architectural and historical heritage\; therefore\, its rehabilitation responds to an evident public interest\, both from the perspective of cultural heritage preservation and from that of safety\, conservation\, and enhancement of a municipally owned building. The works subject to the contract shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions set out in the approved technical project\, which constitutes the appropriate instrument to address the municipal needs identified and achieve the intended conservation and rehabilitation objectives.
