The subject of this contract is the provision of Psychological Support and Advisory Service for Children and Families within the Social Services of Sant Adrià de Besòs, to intervene in an initial assessment and contact with families in situations of high vulnerability and multiple complex problems, focusing attention on the child’s situation and their needs in order to carry out an accurate diagnosis and medium- to long-term psychosocial prognosis. In some cases, these are families with high levels of conflict between parents, severely affecting children’s mental health; in others, children with serious diagnosed mental disorders that hinder their parents’ ability to exercise parenting; and in further cases, children whose one or both parents have diagnosed or undiagnosed mental illness, resulting in physical and psychological neglect as well as behaviours evidencing emotional distress. The contractual object is to maintain the psychological advisory service, upholding its three core objectives: 1. Family support, information, guidance, follow-up and referral. Guidance and information to improve or reinforce parental functions related to education and protection of children and adolescents. Identification of emotional and relational difficulties and situations of vulnerability or risk of social exclusion. 2. Psychological support and advisory service to Social Services professionals for intervention in an initial assessment and contact with families in situations of high vulnerability and multiple complex problems, focusing attention on the child’s situation and their needs in order to carry out an accurate diagnosis and medium- to long-term psychosocial prognosis. 3. Coordination with external services intervening with the families served, and with child and adolescent mental health services in the territory.

The object of this contract is the provision of the social canteen service for the elderly in Mont-roig del Camp, which will consist of the preparation and production of menus in the contractor's own facilities and the distribution of meals to the private homes of elderly people in situations of vulnerability or with social and/or health needs, through referral by the basic Primary Social Care teams. The distribution will be carried out through two weekly home deliveries which, together, will include the meals corresponding to the five working days of service, prepared and delivered in a cold chain. This service will be provided throughout the municipal area of Mont-roig del Camp and will be aimed at users who have been registered by the City Council in accordance with the Municipal Regulations of the Social Canteen Service for the Elderly of Mont-roig del Camp. In general, the service is aimed at people over 70 years of age with a lack of autonomy who meet the requirements established in the Regulations. People under 70 years of age may also access it when, for social or health/autonomy reasons, they cannot prepare meals by their own means or those of third parties and the need for the service has been assessed by the municipal social services.
